DLN submission to NSW Parliment Inquiry into supported decision making
The Dementia Law Network and the Young People in Nursing Home National Alliance have made a submission to the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into supported decision-making for adults with disability and older people in NSW. The submission covers limitations of capcity assessments, legal and service systems as well as recommendations for training and focussed research.
